Sales on this website are subject to our confirmation and are only considered final once we dispatch your order.

Please note that discount codes are not valid on bulk items, if used we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Any order that is returned to us due to the item not being picked up from the sorting office or redelivery was not arranged or missed, we will only refund the order once we receive it back at our warehouse, minus the cost we incurred to send out the item.

International orders can only be accepted if the price paid for the shipping covers the cost we are quoted by our courier on the day of dispatch, if it does not cover the cost we will contact you and offer two options, either you pay the additional cost or we can offer a full refund. Furthermore we take no responsibility for customs, duty and VAT fees, and if your item is returned to us due to non delivery, we will refund you your order minus the cost that we incurred to send out your order.
